Service Description

Unplug from digital noise and cultivate practical self-reliance in our Mui Wo workshop. The PBL Pass for Adults provides flexible, self-scheduled workbench access designed for adults eager to learn how to restore or build furniture. You will also receive 1:1 guidance from expert instructors and learn joinery, structural repairs, tool safety, along with any other specific skill you need to get your project completed. We believe it is important to encourage mistakes, as that is the only way to gain true building and DIY independence. Our "safe to fail" policy means that you'll have access to plenty of sample materials and have the chance to try out techniques before attempting 'the real thing.' You'll have lots of practice, and more importantly, lots of encouragement to play and make mistakes! Additional Details: 1. We require a minimum booking of 2 hours per class. 2. All materials available in the studio are open access. If we need to purchase new materials, we will help you order those directly to the studio ahead of your session. 3. You'll have full access to professional hand and power tools, safety gear, and training.
