At A Collective Space, all woodworking and heritage craft programs invite students to step away from screen-based learning to regulate focus through tactile craft. Our programs range from supporting wellbeing initiatives, extracurricular activities, and day camps, and are suitable for primary and secondary school students.
By working with their hands, students learn to embrace mistakes as essential milestones, replacing perfectionistic anxiety with a resilient growth mindset in a safe, supportive environment. All of programs cultivate tangible skills that transform classroom theory into real-world achievement.

Enrichment Programs
Traditional tools and materials delivered to your campus. We run weekly term-time programs and advanced design-and-build clubs focused on focus, regulation, and future tactile careers.
Immersive Experiences
Multi-day hands-on enrichment hosted on-campus or at our studio. Students collaborate on large-scale community builds or join us for inclusive, real-world sustainable design work placements.
Wellbeing Initiatives
High-impact creative resets. We deliver therapeutic craft sessions for stress relief, school wellbeing days, or dedicated workshops for teacher well-being or professional development.
Booking Procedures
Bookings are managed through a direct consultation call with our Programs Director to align workshop projects with your curriculum. Ahead of the call, you can prepare any information about your student group, (i.e., student profiles, special needs or accommodations, activity ideas etc). This will help us plan accordingly.
Group Sizes & Ratios
To ensure focused instruction, we recommend group sizes between 12-30 students. For larger cohorts, we can run rotation-based schedules. We maintain a strict ratio of 1:15 for maximum safety and engagement.
We have supported groups of all sizes & needs. Our minimum group size is typically 8 participants, with a maximum of 120 participants. We understand that logistics are absolutely an essential component to streamline the booking process to ensure a safe, high-impact tactile learning experience for every student. Our Programs Director will work with you to organise the best learning experience for your group.
Our in-house Counsellors, SEN Teachers, and Psychologists tailor experiences with built in modifications and accommodations to suit neurodivergent and differently-abled students at no additional cost. We believe that every student, regardless of ability, should be able to access & enjoy the making process.

Safety Protocols
Your students' safety is our priority. We provide standard Risk Assessments, Public Liability Insurance details, and all necessary PPE. Every instructor has valid First Aid certification, SCRC checking codes, and participate in mandatory additional training to maintain the highest safety standards. All instructors receive Psychological Safety training too.
Pricing Overview
As all of our programs are specifically tailored for your school, the pricing will differ. Our pricing is always inclusive of tools, safety gear, materials and instructors. We offer half/full day workshops, term-time contracts, and long term partnership contracts. Please get in touch to learn more.
